It is important to have a copy of your student’s medically verified immunization record. They are needed for child care enrollment, camp, transferring to a new school district, military service, enrolling in college/university, and future employment endeavors. You may access medically verified immunization records by:

➡️ Signing up for MyIR Mobile at https://myirmobile.com/ to view and print your family's immunization information.
➡️Request a complete immunization record from your healthcare provider.

⚠️Please note that not all school immunization records on file are medically verified.

This year, due to the impact of COVID-19, PSD nurses are not conducting mass routine vision and hearing screening on our students at school. However, we realize vision and hearing concerns may still arise during this time. Therefore, we are recommending that if you have any concerns about your student, please contact their school nurse to request a screening. If your student is fully remote, contact your health care provider or vision specialist.

Visit the following link for information on possible signs of a vision problem in your child.

If one or more of these signs of possible eye problems in children appear, take your child to an eye doctor right away.

The flu clinic originally scheduled to be at Gig Harbor High School is now located at the Gig Harbor Tom Taylor Family YMCA from 2:30-5:30 this afternoon (Thursday December 3rd).

Please note, the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department drive-thru flu vaccine event originally scheduled for Gig Harbor High School on Thursday, Dec. 3 has been moved to the Gig Harbor Tom Taylor Family YMCA.
