As you’re getting into yard work, something you might not think about is ants. These tiny creatures are drawn to the electrical currents inside ground transformers. While they’re small, they can cause big problems, including equipment damage and outages.

Here’s how you can help:
🐜 Do NOT open or lift the lid of any ground transformer.
🐜 Keep the area around transformers clear while doing yard work.
🐜 Lightly apply ant killer around the outside.
