Dear 8th Grade Families,
We are getting excited for our Moving On Ceremony and the “Harbor Ridge and the Chocolate Factory” celebration on Monday, June 22nd! Our goal is to give our 8th graders a fun, memorable evening to celebrate this important milestone.
At this time, however, we still urgently need additional volunteers and donations in order for the party to be successful. Right now, we do not have enough support to fully run all of the activities and events we have planned for students.
We especially need help with:
Setup
Party supervision and activity support
Cleanup after the party ends
Cleanup volunteers are especially important so our custodial staff are not left with a very late night after the event.
