Then stay at our Guesthouse, a two night minimum is required. The Sail Loft is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely deck that overlooks the marina. This upper unit rents for $200 per night. The Cove Suite is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a covered deck that overlooks the marina. This lower unit rents for $250 per night. Parking for both u

The harbor is lined with restaurants, specialty shops, parks, a museum and much more. All are within walking distance from our central marina location. We have everything you need for a relaxing stay - laundry, showers, a lounge , and gated entry to our facilities. In the lounge you will find fresh coffee, menus for local restaurants, and a variety of complimentary boating magazines.

**Currently all permanent and summer moorage is full, as are waitlists. Please check back with the office in Fall 2022 for availability.**

We often field the question, "will my hull touch at low tide"? The answer is no. The only spot that would be possible in is our inside A dock, which is used strictly for small craft seasonal moorage and if the hull of your boat were beyond the pump out location. Even at the lowest tide you are secure mooring your sailboat with us!
