As EMS Week comes to a close, the Gifford Fire Protection District proudly recognizes the dedicated EMTs and first responders who serve our community day and night.

Whether responding to medical emergencies, providing lifesaving care, offering comfort during difficult moments, or standing ready when seconds matter most, our EMS personnel answer the call with professionalism, compassion, and commitment.

We are incredibly grateful for the hard work and sacrifice of our EMTs, firefighters and mutual aid partners who help keep our communities safe every day.

Our firefighters and EMS personnel continue putting in the time and hard work to sharpen their skills so they are ready when you, the community needs them most. From hands-on drills to building teamwork, every training night helps prepare us to better serve and protect those in our protection district.

Gifford Fire Protection District responded today to assist Royal-Ogden Fire on a grain entrapment rescue. The patient was extricated successfully thanks to all of the fire departments and responders who worked together.

Incidents like this take teamwork, quick thinking, and dedication—and that’s exactly what was shown.

We are grateful for the strong partnerships and mutual aid that make outcomes like this possible.
