Manchester Farm Residents,
It’s hard to believe it’s already September and that summer is coming to an end! With Labor Day coming up this Monday, September 7th, please see below for important holiday updates.

🏢 Office Closures
The Onsite Office and TMGA offices will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th. Both offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th, with regular office hours.

🗑️ Labor Day Trash & Recycling Schedule
With Labor Day falling on Monday, September 7th, please note the following collection schedule:

Trash Collection: Monday, September 7th, and Thursday, September 10th — no change
Recycling Collection: Thursday, September 10th

🏊 Pool Update
The last day the pool will be open for the season is Monday, September 7th.

🐾 Doggy Swim
Don’t forget to bring your four-legged friends to our annual Doggy Swim after the pool closes at 6:00 PM on Monday, September 7th! Bring your pups out for a fun end-of-season swim and help us wrap up another great pool season!

🏊‍♀️ POOL HOURS UPDATE
As the school year begins, our pool hours will be changing starting Monday, August 24.

📅 Updated Weekday Hours

Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

This updated weekday schedule will remain in effect for the remainder of the pool season.

August Raft Month!
Bring your favorite float and relax with family and neighbors during the remainder of August! It’s the perfect way to unwind, socialize, and enjoy a summer! Please note that it is up to the pool manager on the size of your raft/floats that are used.

Adult Swim Night – This Friday, August 7th | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Join us for an adults only evening at the pool! This is a great chance to enjoy a kid-free swim, mingle with other adults in the community, and relax under the stars. Adults only!

Manchester Farm Residents,
McFall and Berry are taking advantage of the warm weather and are currently treating the turf in the community's common areas. The treatment, scheduled for today, Wednesday, July 22nd includes a combination of slow-release fertilizer and bio-nutrients.

Please note that pesticides will no longer be used due to county regulations.

Manchester Farm Pool Members,

Due to the extremely poor air quality combined with today’s dangerous heat conditions, the community pool will be closed for the remainder of the day.

Montgomery County has issued a heat and air quality warning urging residents to limit outdoor activity, stay hydrated, and avoid prolonged exposure. For everyone’s safety, we are following these recommendations.

Thank you for your understanding and please stay cool and safe.

Manchester Farm Pool Members,
We hope you're enjoying the pool this summer!

With temperatures expected to be very hot this week, please remember to stay hydrated while enjoying the pool. Drink plenty of water, take breaks in the shade when needed, and be sure to keep an eye on children to help everyone stay safe in the heat.

As a reminder, Adult Swim will be held this Saturday, July 18, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This event is for adults ages 21 and older.
