Please join us in congratulating Mr. Noe Juarez, our Leading, Galloping Mustang for the Fourth Quarter at GES!

Mr. Juarez exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond for our school community. Each day, he safely transports our students to and from school with professionalism, care, and dedication. Beyond his role as a bus driver, he serves as a mentor and positive role model, building meaningful relationships with students and making a lasting impact on their lives.

Mr. Juarez is also a tremendous colleague who is always willing to lend a helping hand and support his teammates whenever needed. His commitment to our students, staff, and school community reflects the very best of GES.

Our students had an absolute blast last week with a special hands-on learning experience! We had an awesome guest speaker stop by to demonstrate a 3D printer in action.

The kids were mesmerized watching plastic filament transform into 3D objects right before their eyes. It was the perfect mix of science, technology, and creativity, and it definitely sparked a lot of imagination in the room! Who knows, we might have some future engineers and designers in our midst.

A huge thank you to our guest for taking the time to inspire our students and show them how cool modern technology can be! 💡✨

🏆 A week full of achievements!

Last week was all about celebrating our incredible students. On May 27th, we cheered on our youngest learners at the Kindergarten Awards and celebrated the hard work of our 1st–4th graders.

Then, on Friday, May 29th, we officially said goodbye and good luck to our 5th graders during their Promotion Ceremony! 🎓❤️

We are so incredibly proud of every single student and grateful for our amazing school community.

We are incredibly grateful to El Cabo for providing a delicious Mexican lunch for our entire staff in honor of Staff Appreciation Week! Our staff truly enjoyed the wonderful meal and the generosity shown to our school community. 🌮💙

As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we want to thank our students, families, and staff for a fantastic 2025–2026 school year! Below are important dates and reminders for our final week of school.

📅 Monday, May 25
• No School — Memorial Day Holiday

💻 Tuesday, May 26
• All student Chromebooks and chargers must be returned if they have not already been turned in.

🏅 Wednesday, May 27
• Kindergarten Awards Ceremony — 8:00 AM
• 1st–4th Grade Awards Ceremony — Beginning at 9:30 AM

We are excited to celebrate our students and their accomplishments throughout the school year. All students will be recognized during the awards ceremonies.

💦 Thursday, May 28
• Water Day for students who earned 3 out of 4 behavior rewards during the school year.

🎓 Friday, May 29
• 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony — 8:00 AM

Join us as we honor our fifth grade students for reaching this important milestone and celebrate their transition to middle school.

• Final Day of the 2025–2026 School Year
