Propane fire training

On Feb 28th the firefighters of the Providence & Mount Pisgah VFD recently teamed up with firefighters from Central, FIW, Midway & Damascus, Friendship of Elmore County, and Shackleville Volunteer Fire Departments to conduct valuable training in propane based fire attack and firefighter survival. All participants had a great experience and learned much to take back to their respective communities. We would like to thank all that were instrumental in bringing this training to Butler County including the Alabama Fire College, AFC Regional Coordinator Dwayne Yelder, UPG Gas and UPG representatives Diana Perez and Daniel Little, The Edge Theater, and the City of Greenville.
