Scott County High School graduation is up next! Celebrate the SCHS Class of 2026 tomorrow morning (Saturday, May 30, 2026) at 10am at Cardinal Stadium located on the campus of Scott County High School. Gates open at 8:30am. Only those with a carpool parking permit will be allowed to park on the SCHS campus.

Guests with carpool parking permits must enter from Long Lick Road. All other guests may park at Royal Spring Middle School or Anne Mason Elementary School to take the free, air-conditioned, accessible shuttles. Celebrate the GCHS Class of 2026 this evening (Friday, May 29, 2026) at 7pm at Birds Nest Stadium located on the campus of Great Crossing High School. Gates open at 5:30pm. Please allow extra time, consider carpooling, and plan for increased traffic. See site map below for parking information.

It is graduation day for Phoenix Horizon Community! Celebrate the PHC Class of 2026 this evening (Thursday, May 28, 2026) at 6:30pm in the gym at Scott County Middle School located at 1080 Cardinal Drive. Parking and entry at the rear of the building.

Our annual graduate walking parade for the Class of 2026 is scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, starting at 6pm on Main Street in downtown Georgetown.

We understand that there is a chance of rain in the area this evening. We are going to make every attempt to make this special opportunity possible for our graduates and plan to continue even if it rains. However, in the event of lightning, we may be forced to cancel, and this could be a last-minute decision.

We wanted to make families aware in advance so you can plan accordingly. Bring an umbrella and join us as we celebrate the Class of 2026 from Great Crossing High School, Phoenix Horizon Community, and Scott County High School!

Graduation for the Great Crossing High School Class of 2026 will be held in one week, on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 7pm at Birds Nest Stadium. Gates open at 5:30pm. Please see the site map attached for parking information for Great Crossing.

There will be no campus entry off US460 at Elkhorn Crossing School. Entry into the Birds Nest lot from Stamping Ground Road is also prohibited. Limited handicap parking is marked on the map and available for those who have a government-issued handicap placard on a first-come, first-serve basis. Golf carts will be available to assist guests.

The rain date for Great Crossing High School graduation is Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 7pm at Birds Nest Stadium. In the event of a second rainout, the ceremony would be moved indoors on May 30. If an indoor program is necessary, a ticket would be required for entry. Each graduate will receive five (5) indoor tickets.

Last year there were significant parking and traffic concerns during the Scott County High School graduation ceremony. As a result, we have developed a new parking plan to better serve SCHS graduates and their families on this special day.

Each Scott County High School graduate will receive two (2) carpool parking permits. A carpool parking permit will be REQUIRED to enter the Scott County High School campus for graduation. All guests must enter campus using the Long Lick Road entrance.

All other parking will be directed to the nearby shared campus of Anne Mason Elementary School and Royal Spring Middle School where there is a free, air-conditioned, wheelchair accessible shuttle service to take guests to the front gate of Cardinal Stadium. The shuttle will begin an hour and a half before the ceremony start time, when the gates open at SCHS. A return shuttle will be available at the conclusion of the ceremony.

Below please find a SCHS Campus Map for those with carpool parking passes and an Overflow Parking Map for all other guests.

Families should plan to meet in advance and ride together to make full use of their carpool parking permits. Please share this plan with out-of-town guests. There will be no-drops. For those who have BOTH a carpool parking permit AND a government-issued handicap parking pass, there are limited reserved spaces, but golf carts will be available to assist guests.

Please note, because Great Crossing High School shares a campus with two other schools which provide additional parking, this plan applies only to Scott County High School.

Scott County High School graduation is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 10am at Cardinal Stadium located at 1051 McClelland Circle. The rain date is Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 4pm. The ceremony will be moved indoors to the SCHS gym in the event of a second rain out. A ticket is required in the event of an indoor ceremony with each graduate receiving five (5) tickets. The parking plan at SCHS will be observed in all cases.
