REMINDER:

The Secretary of State's office is sending an absentee ballot to every registered voter in Ohio. Some of you have already started to receive them. THIS IS NOT A BALLOT. This is an application that would need to be filled out and sent back to our office IF you want to vote by mail. This is not mandatory. If you DO NOT want to vote by mail, simply throw the application away.

If you have already submitted an absentee request, no further action is needed.

The Secretary of State does not send these out every election.

Applications can be accepted until the end of the day on October 27th.

Absentee BALLOTS will not start sending out until October 6th.

Hello Brown County! In order to update our voter registration database, we will be sending out confirmation letters to some of our voters. It is important that you open any mail from us. Please open and respond in a timely manner to help maintain and update our records.

The Secretary of State will be mailing out ballot applications for the November General Election. If you have already filled one out and sent it in to us, you can always call us to verify we have it on file before you send us a new application.

The Secretary of State's Office will be sending absentee ballot applications to every registered voter in Ohio ahead of the November General Election. Some quick things to know:

1. They do not send these out every election. You must call and request a form or fill out and print a form for EACH election if you wish to vote by mail.

2. If you do NOT want to vote by mail, just throw the application away.

3. If you have already submitted an application for this election, you do not need to fill it out and send in again. You can always reach out to us to make sure we have it on file.
