Doors open at 5:00pm for our Art Show and Celebration of Learning exhibits in our halls, and our concert starts at 5:30pm!
See you tonight!

We are so excited to invite our GCS families to a wonderful evening celebrating our amazing students! From incredible artwork to showcase-worthy classroom expeditions and an unforgettable musical performance, it’s going to be a night to remember.

Here is the lineup for the evening:

✨ 5:30 PM: Spring Concert begins!
✨ Post-Concert – 6:30 PM: The Art Show and Exhibits will remain open for anyone who wants to browse after the show!

We’ve noticed a lot of vehicles traveling way too fast through our school zone lately, especially during our busiest times of the day. The safety of our students is our absolute top priority, and we need your help to keep our school zone safe!

Please remember to SLOW DOWN and stay alert during these peak times:

⏰ Morning Drop-Off: 8:15am - 8:45am
⏰ Afternoon Pick-Up: 2:40pm - 3:10pm

Let’s work together to keep our community safe for our kids!

We love our town! Thank you to those that braved the dreary weather to help our community stay beautiful!

Thank you to the brave souls who came out in the rain for the Georgetown Community Clean up Day! The GWL worked with the Georgetown Central School to clean up the Memorial Gardens. Thank you to the Seguinland Institute for coming out to help there. The Georgetown Conservation Commission worked in the Ipcar Forest. It was a wet but productive day for our small but mighty crew!! Congratulations, GCS Lobsters! 🦞 For all your safe, kind, and responsible behavior, we're celebrating with a school-wide picnic lunch this Monday, May 4th! 🎉 Don't forget to send your student to school with a towel to sit on. See you there!
