The Bethel and New Richmond School Based Prevention and Intervention Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student safety and well-being!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Provide social/emotional curricula and dating and sexual violence prevention education to all students at BT and NREV school districts.
β’ Coordinate interventions for students and families experiencing trauma such as dating, domestic, sexual violence and/or stalking.
β’ Collaborate with school administration and grant partners to convene an Advisory Board to conduct a needs assessment and create a strategic plan.
β’ Coordinates training for formal project partners and their faculty regarding violence prevention, trauma informed schools, childhood adversity, restorative practices, etc.
β’ Review policy of BT and NREV school districts to offer enhancements to support trauma informed responses to students and families.
β’ Prepares monthly reports and data trackers for Manager to report program outcomes internally and to funder
β’ Other duties as assigned by Manager and the Director, Youth Services & Transform.
