🚁 Another Future Leader Joins the Team! 🇺🇸

Please help me congratulate PV2 Drzewiecki, who enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard on July 9th as a 15T – UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Repairer.

Instead of waiting until after high school to start his career, he’s taking advantage of the opportunity to gain hands-on aviation experience, serve his state, and begin building his future while heading into his senior year.

The Army National Guard offers more than a paycheck—it offers real-world skills, leadership experience, and opportunities that last a lifetime.

Congratulations, PV2 Drzewiecki! Welcome to the team, and best of luck as you prepare for the exciting road ahead.

Ready to turn your goals into a plan? Let’s talk.

🎉 Welcome to the Team, PV2 Nantz! 🇺🇸

On July 2nd, Nantz took the Oath of Enlistment and joined as a Military Police Soldier (31B) in the Delaware Army National Guard!

Heading into his senior year of high school, PV2 Nantz is already getting a head start on his future. Thanks to his time in JROTC, he enlisted as a higher rank, and he’s balancing his military career while being a volunteer firefighter—serving his community in more ways than one WHILE still in high school.

Congratulations, PV2 Nantz! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish.

Your future doesn’t have to wait until after graduation. Start building it today. With the Guard, YOUR time in service STARTS the day you ENLIST!

🏅 Last Friday, I had the opportunity to compete in the 2026 Delaware Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition alongside some of the best Soldiers and NCOs in the state.

Grateful to be given the chance to step back onto the competition field and represent the Recruiting & Retention Battalion. It was an outstanding experience and a reminder of the opportunities the Army National Guard provides to challenge yourself, develop as a leader, and be part of an incredible team.

For those of you who are currently in, I encourage you to do events like this to get your name out there and get opportunities to go to different schools and programs!

For those of you who have not enlisted YET, I challenge you to be the best version of yourself and be a part of something that is bigger than YOU!

👇🏻I can help with that!👇🏻

Help us welcome PVT Sanchez Pena to the Delaware Army National Guard! 👏

PVT Sanchez Pena joined today as a junior in high school — and is already on track to graduate THIS year. 🎓🔥

She enlisted as a 42A – Human Resources Specialist, a key role responsible for managing personnel, supporting Soldiers, and keeping units running smoothly. 📂🪖

Instead of waiting, she made the decision to start her future now — building experience, earning benefits, and getting ahead of the game before most even graduate. 💪

This is what it looks like to take control of your future early.

If you’re in high school and thinking about what’s next, you don’t have to wait. Opportunities are already out there — you just have to take the first step.

Welcome to the team, PVT Sanchez Pena! 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 HARD WORK PAYS OFF 🇺🇸

Help us congratulate PFC Thomas on a huge accomplishment with the Delaware Army National Guard! 👏

Thomas first enlisted on November 13, 2025 as an 09M – ASVAB Enhancement Course candidate, determined to improve his opportunities and set himself up for success. He put in the work, stayed committed, and raised his ASVAB score by 20 points. 📚🔥

Because of that effort, Thomas is now moving forward into his career as an 88M – Motor Transport Operator. 🚛💪

His story is proof that where you start does not have to be where you finish. If your test score is holding you back, that does not always mean your journey is over. Some applicants may qualify for the 09M program, which gives them the chance to improve their ASVAB score and earn the opportunity to move into the job they want.

Thomas took that opportunity seriously — and it paid off.

Please join us in congratulating PFC Thomas on this major milestone and welcoming him as he takes the next step in his military career. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 BIG CONGRATULATIONS 🇺🇸

On December 16, 2025, PV2 Bamaca took a huge step by enlisting as a 92G – Food Service Specialist while still a senior in high school. 🎓🪖

That means they didn’t wait until graduation to start building their future — she already started her time in service and began earning a monthly paycheck while still finishing school. 💰🔥

As a 92G, they’ll play an important role in keeping Soldiers fueled, ready, and mission capable. It’s a job built on responsibility, teamwork, and supporting the mission every day.

This is what getting ahead looks like — serving your state, gaining experience, and getting paid while your peers are still trying to figure out their next move.

Welcome to the team, and congratulations on starting the journey early! 🇺🇸💪

🇺🇸 A BIG STEP TOWARD THE AMERICAN DREAM 🇺🇸

Please join us in welcoming Fatih Ozcelik to the Delaware Army National Guard! 👏

Fatih enlisted last Friday as a 92A – Automated Logistical Specialist, a vital role responsible for managing equipment, parts, and supplies that keep our Soldiers and missions moving forward. 📦🔧

As a green card holder, Fatih made a powerful decision — to serve this country while earning his U.S. citizenship through military service. By joining, he’s eligible for expedited naturalization at no cost, turning commitment into opportunity. 🇺🇸

That’s dedication. That’s vision. That’s taking control of your future.

The Guard opens doors — education benefits, career skills, leadership experience, and for permanent residents, a faster path to becoming a U.S. citizen.

Welcome to the team, Fatih! We’re proud to have you. 💪

If you’re a permanent resident and want to learn how service can help you reach your goals, send a DM.
