Be sure to stop by the Live Oak County Library in George West to view the “Texas America250” display sponsored by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission . There are five panels and next month they will be available to view at the LOC Three Rivers Library. Happy 250! Thank you to everyone who attended the Summer "Unearth A Story" event at the Live Oak County Three Rivers Library on Saturday May 30th! Everyone had a great time learning knapping (stone shaping), digging for “dinosaur eggs”, dino TP races, dino hop scotch, enjoying snacks with Rae, digging for creepy bugs, viewing Choke Canyon State Park Native Furs, geodes, and a story time with retired County Judge, Judge Jim Huff. Thank you to our volunteers and LOC Three Rivers Library's Linda Culpepper. Feel free to tag yourself in the photos! (Our thanks to Roberta Dobie and Patric Watters for their contributed photos!)
