**ATTENTION** **HOLIDAY SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT**

With the upcoming holidays, our office would like to caution everyone on their outside food preparation; especially the deep frying of holiday turkeys. Never deep-fry a frozen turkey, as the ice will rapidly turn into gas, causing the hot oil to violently boil over, splatter, and potentially explode. This can lead to severe burns, fires, and property damage. Always ensure the turkey is completely thawed and dry before frying, and take other safety precautions like setting up the fryer on a level, non-flammable surface outdoors, well away from buildings, and keeping children and pets at a safe distance.

Thank you and everyone have a safe & blessed Thanksgiving!
