TOWN OF GENEVA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Geneva on the 14th day of July, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Geneva Town Hall, 3750 County Road 6, Geneva, New York, regarding the adoption of a Local Law which would amend the Town of Geneva Zoning Law to add a new definition of “Lodging Facility” and to amend the permitted uses in the Lake View Overlay District pertaining to Lodging Facilities.

Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town of Geneva Town Hall, 3750 County Road 6, Geneva, New York 14532.

Ontario County is developing a county-wide plan to improve how access to county roads is managed, how streets serve everyone, and how the road network can better withstand future challenges. The plan covers all 265 centerline miles of county roads; from growing suburban corridors to agricultural routes and rural communities.

This is your opportunity to share what matters to you about the County roads in your community. We want to hear from residents, farmers, businesses, and local officials.
