Geneseo, IL School District 228 Geneseo Community Unit School District #228 is a K-12 district formed in 1949.

Students in grades K-5 attend Millikin, Northside and Southwest elementary schools. Geneseo Middle School offers grades 6-8, while Geneseo High School serves grades 9-12. Geneseo CUSD 228 is a public, PreK-12 school district of 2,750 students located in Henry County, Illinois.
