Your work has a profound impact on those in our care and on the safety of our communities, and your commitment is truly appreciated.
The Crain Unit celebrated Employee Appreciation on Monday with a special lunch catered by Celebrity Chef Felicia Guimont. Staff enjoyed chicken, shrimp, or steak pasta with fresh salad and bread, followed by specialty pies and brownies.For the past year, Chef Fee has generously supported our team and those we serve—lifting spirits and making everyone feel valued. We are grateful for her dedication and the joy she brings to our staff and to the ladies of Crain. Thank you, Chef Fee!
A huge thank you to Derrick Harris of D’Z BBQ in Duncanville for providing our 1-Card Correctional Officers with delicious BBQ sandwiches and sausage. It is always bussin’—every single time! The meal was topped off with amazing cookies donated by Crain’s very own Gloria Davila of the Prison Fellowship Academy.
