"Belmont Health and Rehab in Gastonia deserves more than 5 stars. My mawmaw was there for several weeks, and she was treated with so much kindness and care by everyone including housekeeping, maintenance, therapy, the CNAs, and the nurses.
Mawmaw really did not want to go to a nursing home at first, but they made her feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. If she ever has to go back, I truly hope they have.." says Heather on Google
