Senior Total Life Care, a PACE program, is a personalized healthcare option for adults 55+.

Senior TLC, a PACE Program, provides full-service, personalized healthcare for adults 55 and older who are in need of a little extra support and care. Senior TLC provides transportation, day center services, in-home care, therapy services, medication, and so much more.

This is a friendly reminder that Senior TLC’s social centers will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Our on-call nurse will be available for emergencies and can be reached at 704-874-0600 (option 1).

Hours of operation will resume as normal Tuesday, September 8th.

Heidi, our Recreational Therapist at Senior TLC - Shelby, has been recognized this month for her teamwork, compassion, and unwavering commitment to supporting both participants and fellow team members.

She consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's spending one-on-one time helping a participant feel safe and comfortable during a difficult transition, providing support to family members, assisting with visits and care plan reviews, or helping with deliveries. Heidi is always willing to lend a helping hand, answer questions, and step in wherever support is needed. Her patience, adaptability, and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants and contribute greatly to the success of our care teams.

Monday, August 24, 2026 was a very special day. Ms. Pam, a participant at Senior TLC, successfully completed chemotherapy and rang the bell, marking the end of an incredibly courageous journey.

Surrounded by her partner, daughter, and a cheering group of Senior TLC team members who surprised her by being there, Ms. Pam celebrated this milestone with the people who have supported her every step of the way. It was a joyful and emotional moment filled with smiles, hugs, and happy tears.

After 13 years of dedicated service, we say farewell to our incredible Associate Medical Director, Dr. Alan Clark. Dr. Clark’s passion for our mission, vision, and values has shaped our organization in ways that will be felt for years to come.
