On Tuesday, June 16, the Washington County Board of Commissioners adopted the Fiscal Year 2026–27 budget and fee schedule. The updated fee schedule includes increases to parking pass rates at Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake beginning July 1, 2026.

Updated Parking Pass Rates
• Daily Regular Pass: $7 → $10
• Daily Senior/Veteran Pass: $5 → $8
• Annual Regular Pass: $60 → $65
• Annual Senior/Veteran Pass: $40 → $55

As you enjoy the trails, shoreline, and stunning views at Hagg Lake, please remember to take all your belongings and trash with you when you leave. Keeping the park clean protects wildlife, preserves the beauty of the lake, and ensures everyone has a great experience.

As we head into a hot weekend, please keep in mind water temperatures are cold. Wear a life jacket!

Summer heat is near, but Oregon and Washington rivers stay cold enough for dangerous cold shock. AMR rescuers urge life jackets, buddy swimming, and using free Life Jacket Loaner Stations before you dive in.

Join us at beautiful Hagg Lake this June for a day on the trails. Choose the Half Marathon and run a scenic loop around the lake, or tackle the 5K if you're looking for a shorter trail adventure. No matter the distance, you'll enjoy winding singletrack, lake views, and a great day outdoors.
