Our goal is build a community center to assist children from the ages of K-21 that are at risk. Our goal is to improve the child's educational, social skills, and future vocational opportunities. Our goal is to empower the youth to develop, values, self esteem, good character and for them to reach their full potential. They will be able to obtain soft skills, learn to make sound decisions. The ag
ency would like to partner with schools social worker's , teacher's and parent's who can identify at child at risk. Each child will be assigned to a peer counselor. The child will then attend the center 5 days a week after school to work on any subjects that they are having difficulties with. The child will complete all homework assignments before participating in any recreational activity. This will be a structured program and the child has to show improvement before he can enter in the program called" New Adventures" this will be an incentive program, where the child will be able to earn points to attend field trips on the weekend, such as Iron Oaks, Corvette Museum, The child will have the opportunity to visit nature parks, and explore out of their environment. The children will attend positive peer groups, learn arts and craft, and any positive idea they would like to explore.
