Congratulations to the GHS Homecoming Court!! Homecoming King Candidates are: Emmit L, Ethan B, and Carter H. The Homecoming Queen Candidates are: Teagan R, Laila S, and Rylie K. Here are the activities for Homecoming Week -- Coronation will be on Thursday between the JV and Varsity VB game versus Madaree. The Homecoming Pep Rally will be Friday at 12:40 with the parade to start at 2:00 from the north side of the school. Please have floats to the school at 1:10. Mr Dangel will help get everyone lined up. Community floats will line up facing north on 1st facing the FB Field. All school floats will face east on the north side of the school. Mr. Dangel will get you line up in the appropriate place. Go Troopers!!

Our annual fundraiser will begin on Friday, September 11! This year we will be selling cases of World's Finest Chocolate Bars! Parents/Guardians: please bring the attached permission slip in to check out a box of 40 chocolate bars to sell to return $80. It will be available starting on Friday, September 11.
*We will not send candy with students.*

Homecoming week is Sept 14-18!! Here are the dress up days voted on by Student Govt.
Monday -- Gone Fishing (Dress up like a person going to the lake or fishing)
Tuesday -- West Coast vs Wild West (Dress in your favorite beach/west coast attire or your rustic cowboy and country vibe)
Wednesday-- Anything but a backpack
Thursday -- USA Day
Friday -- School Spirit Day

Reminder all dress up days should follow school dress code and no props will be allowed.

Coronation will take place between the JV and Varsity game on Thursday September 17 vs Mandaree.
