An aggrieved Tribal member or candidate contesting a Tribal election shall, within five (5) working days after completion of the canvass of the election and the declaration of the election results, file with the Election Board a contest action statement.
Deadline to file a contest action statement is Friday, October 21, 2022.

The final abstract shall become binding after the five (5) day period for filing contest actions runs and there is no contest filed.

Voters must be on the Final Eligible Voters List and must present a government issued photo ID card.
