The mission of the Nassau Women's Democratic Caucus (NWDC) is to recruit, develop, and elect women to office in Nassau County, NY. Our goal is to advance a progressive Democratic agenda that places women’s equality at the fore. Working with party leadership at the local, state and federal level enables us to foster necessary changes in policy and legislation, and accomplish our goals. Instead of our regular postcarding or meeting fun tomorrow, we are not going to be meeting this June - we instead are giving you one and only one assignment today, lol - VOTE!!

Today, you absolutely have a Democratic Primary, and some of our local hometown heroes, like Tom DiNapoli for NYS Comptroller & Tom Suozzi for Congress, will appear on the ballot. Polls are open till 9 pm. Vote at your regular polling place and wait for some Summer Fun Postcarding events.

12 years ago today the Nassau Democratic Delegation walked in LI Pride, led by NWDC top supporter Kevin Brady. Today, we walk in LI Pride in tribute. It was an honor to work and walk alongside Kevin Brady in life. In his passing we will honor him by spreading pride wherever we go!
