The foundation of White Noise is to celebrate Idaho's Diverse Community of people regardless of their Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, or Personal Expressions in life with a specialized interest in supporting Idaho's transgender community. At White Noise, we want to be a resource for Idahoans who are looking for res
ources and information for themselves or their loved ones, whether they are just starting out on their road to gender expression, or are long time members of the community. White Noise supports all forms of gender expression and our group believes each person is unique.
