A new school year can bring excitement, new opportunities and fresh starts—but for some children, it can also bring overwhelming anxiety.

If your child is struggling, you don’t have to have all the answers—and neither do they. Sometimes, the most important step is simply recognizing that they may need support and reminding them that it’s okay to ask for help. 💙

Listen.
Check in.
Ask questions.

And when needed, reach out for support.

No child should have to navigate anxiety alone. 💙

FCA is proud to have hosted our annual Overdose Awareness event and candlelight vigil honoring Long Island lives lost to overdose. 🕯️💜

We’re grateful to the elected officials, community leaders, advocates, and families who joined us and shared their commitment to working together to end overdose and create lasting change.

Today, as we close out International Overdose Awareness Day and kick off Recovery Month, we remain committed to remembering those we’ve lost, supporting those in recovery, and building a healthier, stronger community.
