Garden City Public Library Children's Room Books and more. Come on in. Check us out! The Children's Room of the Library is specifically designed to to serve children from 18 months of age through grade 5.

Here they will find a large selection of books, audiobooks on CD, and magazines. There are also computers with varied electronic resources to assist students and parents with school assignments.

The Library has created one new centralized page, which will represent the entire Library. The Library will be archiving our old pages, which had been separated by department.

Additionally, the Library’s former Tweens and Teens Instagram page is now a general Instagram page also representing the entire Library and has been renamed . You can follow us on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/gardencityplny/

New times have been added for today's Indoor Mini Golf at the Library! ⛳⛳⛳

The Library's Mini Golf Course will be open today, Thursday, September 25 from 3:30PM-5:30PM!

All ages welcome!

Final admittance will be at 5:30PM. The Golf Course will close at 6PM.

No registration required! Play on a first-come, first-served basis!

The STEAM Fun Club for Grades K-2 meets twice a month on Wednesdays at 4PM in the Library's STEAM Workshop on the following dates:
