I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California. Growing up in the diverse and bustling atmosphere of LA exposed me to a wide range of cultures, ideas, and opportunities. The city's vibrant arts and entertainment scene, along with its rich history, shaped my perspective and instilled in me a deep appreciation for diversity and creativity. In 2016, I made the decision to move t
o Garden City, Kansas in search of new economic opportunities. Garden City offered a different pace of life and a tight-knit community where I could explore new avenues for personal and professional growth. The transition from the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles to the more serene and rural setting of Garden City presented me with a chance to experience a different way of life and to immerse myself in a close-knit community. During my time in Garden City, I graduated from Garden City High School, where I received a solid education and formed lasting friendships. I continued my academic journey at Garden City Community College, where I expanded my knowledge and honed my skills in preparation for higher education. Currently, I am attending Fort Hays State University online, which provides me with the flexibility to balance my studies with other commitments. While pursuing my degree, I actively participate in non-profit organizations at the local, statewide, and nationwide levels. These organizations focus on addressing and finding solutions to community issues, allowing me to contribute to the betterment of society and make a positive impact on the lives of others. My upbringing in Los Angeles and subsequent move to Garden City have shaped me into a well-rounded individual with a deep appreciation for diversity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to community engagement. I strive to bring my unique perspective and experiences to the table, working towards a better future for both the local community and society as a whole.
