TO OUR ZUNI COMMUNITY:
IMPLEMENTATION OF STAGE 1 FIRE RESTRICTION

With the support of Governor Kucate and the Zuni Tribal Council, this is a notification to our Zuni community that effective immediately, we are now in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions throughout the Zuni Reservation. Please read the attached notification entirely.

Please remember no burning outside or fireworks allowed. Traditional outside ovens for cooking and use of gas/propane grills are allowed. Water down your ashes especially on windy days.

All issued burn permits have been revoked, DO NOT BURN

It is that time of year!! We are so excited to launch this year's Gallup Summer Indian Dances & Art Market. These FREE events will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between June 2 and August 6 at Courthouse Square in Historic Downtown Gallup.

Our opening night will be 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2. We are proud to host the Zuni Olla Maidens and Joe Tohonnie & White Mountain Apache Dancers for the opening event.
