As an FYI, these are the guidelines for paranormal investigations
1. The Release Waiver must be signed upon arrival.
2. All participants must be 18 years or older. There are no exceptions.
3. Any items brought by your group must leave with your group. Please leave nothing behind.
4. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the driveway behind the house. We ask that you be as quiet as possible when outside due to the close proximity of our neighbors.
5. No drugs, alcohol or weapons are permitted on the premises.
6. No Séances, Ouija boards, Cleansing, Smudging or Crossing over are permitted anywhere on the premises.
7. No removal, damage or desecration of any Gill House property will be tolerated.
8. Any area blocked off should be considered a hazard area. Intrusion in those areas is not permitted.
9. No provoking of humans or spirits.
10. Intentional loud behavior is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, yelling, screaming, horseplay and slamming doors.
11. No behavior that may endanger the participants of the investigation will be tolerated.
12. We reserve the right to check all personal belongings if necessary.
13. Sexual conduct or lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
14. Only guests that have paid the required amount may be present for any amount of time during the visit.
15. The Gill House reserves the rights to use for any commercial or entertainment reason all photographic images or video taken or recorded in the Gill House or on the premises.
16. If any member of your group releases false information regarding the Gill House on any public media platform, all members of your group will be prohibited from returning.
17. Anyone found to be in violation of the above rules will be asked to leave immediately. Law enforcement will be called if necessary and legal action may follow. No refunds will be offered to anyone expelled from the property.
Please remember at all times that you are a guest in the Gill House. Treat the premises and the entities you may encounter with respect.
