🎶 Whoa! Check out these awesome ukuleles our students built during STEM Week! 🎶

From carefully following directions to adding their own creative flair, students had a blast bringing these instruments to life. Along the way, they explored engineering, design, and the science behind stringed instruments—all while creating something they could be proud of!

Learning is even more exciting when students can build, create, and make music along the way. Great work, STEM musicians! 🎸✨

🏕️ Did you know?! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Trempealeau Elementary families and community, our PTO not only met but EXCEEDED a lofty fundraising goal this spring!

As promised, a few brave (and slightly silly) Trempealeau Elementary teachers traded their beds for sleeping bags and spent the night camping out on the school playground. 🌙⛺

The campers had a blast visiting with families who stopped by, enjoying some delicious sweet treats, and even welcoming a special visit from our local law enforcement officers! 🚓

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported the PTO's efforts. Your generosity helps make amazing things happen for our students—and occasionally inspires some memorable adventures for our staff too! ❤️

🚀 STEM Week was a blast! 🚀

Our middle school students explored the science of catapults by building, testing, and improving their designs. Through trial and error, they learned how small adjustments can make a big difference!

One of the best parts was hearing students explain their thinking, share what they learned, and describe how they solved challenges along the way.

Hands-on learning like this helps bring science to life and makes learning both meaningful and fun! 💥🔬

The G-E-T High School Marching Band is officially back on the parade route!

After just a week and a half of summer break, these dedicated student musicians were already back together, rehearsing and preparing for their first parade of the season at the Galesville Lions Summerfest Parade. Their commitment, teamwork, and pride in representing G-E-T were on full display as they marched through Galesville and the Trempealeau County Fairgrounds today.

Marching band is about much more than music. It teaches responsibility, perseverance, collaboration, and the value of working toward a common goal. Experiences like these help bring our mission of Learning for All, Learning for Life to life by providing students with opportunities to grow both in and out of the classroom.

If you missed today's performance, you'll have two more chances to see the band this summer at Trempealeau Catfish Days Parade in July
and Ettrick Family Fun Days Parade in August

Thank you to our students, Mr. Hanson, families, and supporters for helping keep the tradition of G-E-T Marching Band strong.

What a great day on the course!

Today, members of the G-E-T administration team traded meetings for fairways as they participated in the annual G-E-T Golfin' Golf Outing at the Ettrick Golf Course. Whether golfing with community members or helping work holes throughout the course, our team was proud to be part of this outstanding event that supports students across the district.

A huge thank you to the Gale Ettrick Trempealeau - GET Educational Foundation for organizing this annual fundraiser and for their unwavering commitment to our schools. The Foundation's support helps provide valuable opportunities and experiences for students that extend learning beyond the classroom.

The photos capture just a small part of today's event, but they also highlight something bigger: the strong partnership between our schools and community. It takes all of us working together to create opportunities for students, and today's outing was another great example of that commitment.

Thank you to the Foundation, sponsors, volunteers, golfers, and supporters who helped make the day a success. Your investment in our students helps turn our mission of Learning for All, Learning for Life into reality every day.
