Reminder that we have volleyball practice from 7 am to 8:45 am tomorrow morning at EHS. Coach Hall will shuttle at 6:30 am at GMS. Because we also have summer girls basketball games at Parsons Middle School on Tuesday, there will be an hour basketball practice after volleyball practice. Please refer to previous posts for basketball game schedule and shuttle schedule.

Pardon the long post but this affects both girls and boys Basketball and girls Volleyball.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10th, at 8:45 am there will be a basketball shoot around/practice for any athlete grades 6 through 12 at Erie High School. That’s for both boys and girls. Coaches Bachman and Hall will shuttle from Galesburg Middle School at 8:15 am. That practice will end around 10:30 am. Then on Tuesday, June 16th, there will be a girls basketball game against Parsons (possibly Thayer too) at the Parsons Middle School at 10:30 am. Bachman and Hall will shuttle starting from Galesburg at 9:00 am then from Erie Elementary at 9:30 am. For the games on Tuesday girls should wear a GMS T-shirt and comfortable shorts.
For Volleyball…there will be a make up practice at 4 pm prior to the games this Thursday, June 11th. Coach Hall will shuttle to that at 3:30 pm from Galesburg Middle School.

We will have a couple of girls' basketball games @ Parsons Middle School starting on Tuesday, June 16th, @ 10:30. I will get a details out as soon as I have it. We will play the first game at 10:30. Thanks again for all of your support.

Here is the update for the Middle School boys' basketball this Thursday, June 11th.
11:00 Erie vs Parsons
12:00 Parsons vs Thayer
1:00 Erie vs Thayer
We will have games on Thursday mornings for the rest of June.
If we run ahead of schedule, we will continue to do so.
All games will be at Erie High School in the small gym.
We are working on getting some girls' basketball games.

UPDATE!!!! Due to the Flash Flood Warning and travel alert, GMS Volleyball practice has been cancelled for this morning. We will update on GroupMe and Facebook for rescheduling once it is determined. Stay safe!
Reminder that we have volleyball practice in the morning beginning at 7 am at Erie High School. Coach Hall will be shuttling from Galesburg at about 6:35 am. Practice ends around 8:45 am.

Update: There will be a change in schedule for Galesburg 2 Volleyball on this Thursday. Due to Parsons only being able to bring one team we will play Cherryvale at 5:30 then followed by Humboldt. All players need to be at Erie High School by 5:00 pm.

Great job today Lady Wolves Volleyball! We will have another practice tomorrow, June 2nd at the Erie High School at 3:00 pm. This is to be better prepared for our first games on Thursday. Coach Hall will shuttle from Galesburg at 2:30 pm. Below is a picture of our schedule for this Thursday and the following Thursday. Players were given a copy today. All 8th graders will be Galesburg 1 and 6th and 7th graders will be Galesburg 2.

Reminder, volleyball skills & drills begins at 7:00 Monday morning, June 1st, in the Erie high school gym. (the time on the paper that was sent home was incorrect) Please bring knee pads & water bottle. Coach Hall will shuttle from GMS at 6:35 am. It will end at approximately 8:45 am.
