ttle about me: My professional background is in PR and Marketing, and I have a BA in Environmental Science and English. My husband Andrew and I founded a small business - Great Kids Events/Andy's Parties - and I also am a consultant to Fortune-50 companies who need strategic communications help. You can often see me around town running large community/charity events - Halloween Rocks, Summer Safari, OneVoice Rocks, the Tree Lighting or Kentlands Day - or volunteering at Whole Foods teaching chilldren's cooking classes. I recently finished my term on the Board of the Kentlands Community Foundation, where I promoted the missions of the Foundation: new-urbanist education, volunteerism and the arts. I pride myself on bringing people together for good causes and to celebrate community. I live in Lakelands with my husband Andrew, our daughter, who is new Kindergartenerat Rachel Carson Elementary School, and our 3-year old son. I am running the Kentlands/Lakelands 5K race on September 3rd, and if you'd like to "Run with Paula" one evening and discuss the issues, let us know!!
