Meet the newest member of the UFPD team: K-9 Maverick!

After a week of clues, the wait is finally over. We’re excited to introduce K-9 Maverick and his handler, Officer Cuevo!

Maverick joins UFPD as an explosives detection K-9 and will work alongside Officer Cuevo to help keep the UF community safe. You’ll see the pair working at large-scale events and around campus.
