Court approved forms

Missouri courts provide court-approved forms to help people represent themselves in legal matters.

These electronic forms, available at courts.mo.gov, were developed specifically for self-represented litigants.

The forms cover family law cases including divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity matters.

The interactive PDF forms can be filled out online and printed for filing with the court. Court staff can help you locate forms but cannot provide legal advice or complete forms.

Access all approved forms at courts.mo.gov or visit your local circuit court for assistance.

Missouri Case.net provides free public access to court information across the state. This online system allows Missourians to search and track court cases from a computer, tablet, or phone.

At courts.mo.gov, the public can search cases by name, case number, or filing date to view docket entries, parties, and judgments. The "Track This Case" feature sends email or text notifications whenever updates are made to selected cases.

Since July 1, 2023, Remote Public Access allows the public to view, download, and print court documents from personal devices - eliminating the need to visit the courthouse. The Make a Payment feature enables online payment of court fees and fines.
