Florida republican Chuck Clemons has proposed the immediate state takeover of a locally formed municipal utility, administered, and ran by the city of Gainesville. Gainesville is a very progressive town. Most of its elected officials are democrats and belong to the Alachua County Democratic Party. this voting log shows senators Stewart and Senator Torres both members. of Orange County (FL) Democrats  senators, Stewart and Torres not only betrayed their fellow Democrats, but they betrayed their constituents and the people of Florida.
