We enjoyed spending time with our community’s seniors at Clarence R. Kelly Community Center and sharing helpful information about property ownership and the services available through our office.

During the visit, we discussed how our office serves property owners, exemptions available to seniors, heirs’ property and estate planning, understanding the TRIM Notice, and an overview of Florida Homestead Property Tax Amendment 3.

Didn't receive yours in the mail? We have returned TRIM Notices still looking for their owners! If your address has changed, submit an Address Change form on our website.
