On 04/30/26, Deputy Moss and Lt Rhoades were called to a report of a theft in Gainesville. During the investigation, video footage showed a subject who they were able to identify as Logan Jones, entering the store, causing a distraction, and steal alcoholic beverages. He was identified as the suspect partially by a shirt that deputies had contacted him in the past which coincidentally stated "Good Times, Bad Friends." in bold letters. As it was, Logan's friends had transported him to the location to pick up the devil's brew which he proceeded to pilfer. Logan was located a short time later at his residence with his partially prophetic t-shirt. He was arrested and booked into jail for stealing, trespassing, and burglary having been banned from the locations in the past.

On 04/25/26, Ozark County Sheriff's Office SET served a narcotics search warrant at a property in Caulfield. During the search of the property, narcotics, paraphernalia, and multiple fi****ms were located and seized. Keith Hoevelman was located inside one of the structures and was arrested for possession of m**h and fi****ms.

On 04/25/26, Deputy Ryan and Deputy Sherman responded to a call of possible theft and trespassing. During the investigation, deputies located Katherine Watson. During a search, they located m**h and paraphernalia in her possession. Kathrine was arrested and booked for possession of m**h and paraphernalia. Subsequently, Sheriff Martin was granted a search warrant for the location Kathrine was staying at, where he located the stolen items and returned them. Additional charges for stealing and credit card fraud were added to Kathrine's cases.

On 04/15/26, a warrant was issued for Beth Vonelling for burglary, assault 4th, harassment, and peace disturbance after an investigation was conducted by Sheriff Martin regarding an incident that occurred in the Dugginsville area. Deputies located her in Theodosia that evening. They arrested and booked her into jail for her warrant.

On 04/03/26, Deputy Ryan conducted a traffic stop in Brixey. The driver of the vehicle, Joshua Benson, was driving on a revoked driver's license (felony level). He was arrested and booked into jail for driving while revoked.

On 03/31/26, Deputy Moss ad Deputy Phelan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Gainesville. The driver, David Reese, had an active felony warrant for his arrest. During a search of the vehicle, suspected fentanyl was located as well as paraphernalia and crack co***ne. He was arrested and booked into jail. A search warrant was issued for his residence in Tecumseh, and a substantial amount of additional fentanyl and crack co***ne was located. (No booking photo)
