Gainesboro, TN- This past Friday, May 22nd, 2026, during EMS week our crews had a day full of learning and fellowship. The day started with our coworkers making breakfast for everyone followed by VKF drivers training taught by Chris Hayes. A wonderful lunch was provided by Air Evac from Helen’s Restaurant. Following lunch our crews learned how to operate our new vent systems during training with Rocky Kanipe of Boundtree Medical. We’d also like to thank Renee Dillahunty for providing breakfast for our crews over the weekend. We are always humbled by the amazing support we receive from our citizens!

May 21st, 2026- We’d like to Thank Anthony Mudcat Flatt for treating our crews to delicious donuts to start their day this morning!

May 20th, 2026- Today our Crews had a great day thanks to all the acts of kindness they received! 11 Oak Nutrition provided one of our crews with refreshing drinks.( Pictured with a few of our friends from neighboring Putnam EMS. On Scene Emergency Services provided sandwiches and snacks. Mayor Jim Morgan supplied homemade Lasagna and peach cobbler. Della Conn provided dinner from Gios. Crews also received sweet swag from our friends at Air Evac and Life Force. We appreciate all the treats and thoughtfulness we received today and the support we are shown everyday of the year!

Gainesboro, TN- Today, May, 19th, 2026, Several members of JCEMS and JCEMA participated in the first stage of training to become Red Cross Representatives during disasters in our local area. This is just one of the many examples of how our employees work to better serve the citizens of Jackson County. Afterwards our Employees were treated to a delicious cookout provided by Livingston Regional Hospital in honor of EMS Week. We appreciate their continued support of our men and women who work at JCEMS.

Yesterday, 04/09/2026, members of JCEMS had the honor to teach CPR and Stop the Bleed to students at JCHS. We appreciate Coach Jordan Stephens and Mrs. Anne Thaxton for inviting us to educate the students on these important topics. The future of Jackson County is bright with the youth of our county!
