With everything seemingly closed, work is still happening with the Courts. Yesterday we had our very Honorable District Attorney agree to dismiss a shooting case on the basis of innocence. Through no mistake of the authorities, the wrong person was identified and charged as a shooter in an assault first case that I was handling. We obtained information that lead to the victim advising the district attorney that my client was not the shooter or even present during the incident. This morning, Judge Robinson dismissed the case. I am very proud of this outcome and to work with such honorable people that you can count on to always do the right thing.

Last week a family friend of ours in Jacksonville, Alabama lost her home from the tornadoes that came through. It is a miracle she was able to walk away but unfortunately her home was destroyed and found out to be uninsured. Little Judy is a disabled senior and her little house was all that she had.
