In partnership with MU Extension, this program focuses on functional movements to support everyday life. Join us for hour-long classes twice a week for eight weeks featuring a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down.

In partnership with MU Extension, this program uses slow, gentle movements to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall health. Movements can be practiced almost anywhere, and exercises can be adjusted to fit all levels and abilities. Join us for hour-long classes twice a week for eight weeks!

🏊 Jr. Lifeguard Program 🏊

Want to learn what it takes to become a lifeguard? Join our Jr. Lifeguard Program! Participants will receive instruction in water safety, facility operations, customer service, teamwork, leadership skills, basic work skills, and in-water rescue skills. If participant successfully completes the program, they will receive a pool pass for the season.

Participants must:
✔️ Be ages 11-15.
✔️ Be able to swim 50 yards using front crawl and backstroke.
✔️ Attend all sessions.
✔️ Volunteer 2 hours per week at the pool after completion of program.

📅 Dates: June 15-26, 2026 (No session June 19th)
⏰ Time: 9:00am-11:00am
📍 Location: Oestreich Municipal Pool
💲 Fee: $75.00
🗓 Registration Deadline: June 2, 2026
