Looking for bail bond agents in Marion, Adair, Holt, Nodaway, Daviess, and Ray County areas.

Prior law enforcement, military, or correctional experience a plus. But not required. Duties include posting bonds for defendants, supervising defendants on bond, sending in weekly bond reports, assisting other agents in recovering defendants who have missed court appearances.

Current Missouri bail agent license or the ability to obtain one required. No felony convictions, pleading of guilt, or no contest, in any state in the previous 15 years. No convictions, pleading of guilt, or no contest, for any crime of moral turpitude ever. Moral turpitude is generally crimes of theft, stealing, and fraud. Most simple assaults, drug possession, and dwi are not considered a moral turpitude crime.

The Missouri bail agent basic training class is $200 and the department of insurance test is $39. Pay is commission based depending on how much bond premium you make. No tire kickers please, only respond if you're currently licensed or have the ability to obtain licensure and are willing to learn and start writing bonds. Send info by pm or email.

Any Defendant who is currently on bond with me that is struggling with drug or alcohol addiction, will have a reduction on their remaining balance owed on credit bonds for every AA, NA, or Alternative addiction support meetings that they show proof of attendance.

Any defendants who have mental health issues who show proof of medication compliance will also have the same offer.
