More free time often means more time online. Whether children are gaming, messaging friends, scrolling social media, or exploring new apps, summer can bring new digital experiences and new challenges.

One of the most important things adults can do is create an environment where children feel safe asking for help.

If something online feels uncomfortable, confusing, or concerning, children should know they can come to a safe adult without fear of judgment or punishment.

Because digital safety is not just about technology. It's about trust, communication, and knowing where to turn when something doesn't feel right. Read more about digital safety in our latest blog at bit.ly/D2L2026SummerSafety.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 3rd Annual CAC Bike Rodeo & Family Fun Day such a tremendous success!

From our sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and community partners to the hundreds of children and families who joined us, your support helped create a fun, safe, and memorable day for our community. Whether you rode through the obstacle course, enjoyed the games and activities, received a free helmet, or simply stopped by to celebrate with us, you helped make this event special.

A heartfelt thank you to the City of Fulton - Parks & Recreation, Oswego County Traffic Safety Board, Oswego County Prevention Coalition, our many community partners, and all of the generous organizations and individuals who donated their time, talent, and resources.

Together, we helped promote bicycle safety, healthy families, and community connection—and had a lot of fun doing it. We can’t wait to see everyone again next year! 🚲💙
