Spent a little time updating the flyer today, now that the group has been up and running for some time. It has been a blessing to be part of this lovely group.
The ASM Support Group for Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Women meets virtually through the Autism Society of Maine on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00–7:00 PM Eastern via Zoom.
The group is an informal, supportive space for women who were diagnosed or identified as neurodivergent later in life. We usually start with hellos and a brief check-in, and then move into open conversation. Sometimes we have a particular topic, activity, or guest speaker, but much of our conversation is shaped by what members are experiencing, wondering about, or wanting to share that month.
There’s no pressure to talk or participate in any particular way. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable — simply listening and getting a feel for the group is perfectly okay too.
To join, you only need to register once:

After you register with your name and email address, you’ll receive the Zoom link via email. We use the same Zoom link each month, so you do not need to register again for future meetings.
New members are always welcome, so please feel free to join us at an upcoming meeting. And if you have any questions beforehand, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Warmly,
