You’ve probably driven past Erin along Route 522—but do you know its story?

Built in 1848 for David Funsten, a local farmer, lawyer, and politician, Erin is one of Warren County’s most striking historic properties. The Greek Revival home is accompanied by a remarkable collection of outbuildings, including a limestone kitchen, law office, dairy, smokehouse, chicken house, and granary. Together, these smaller buildings help tell the fuller story of daily life on this historic farm.

Now you can bring a little piece of Erin home with you! 🎨

Join us on Friday, September 25, from 6:00–8:30 p.m. at Stone Branch Center for the Arts as we paint “The Outbuildings at Erin”—the second painting in our Historic Sites of Warren County series.

This special fundraiser is generously sponsored by The Studio and will be led by local artist Kelly Walker. Tickets are $49, and proceeds benefit the Warren Heritage Society.
