Schooling Encouragement Foundation Founded by Dr. Phat Pham, this foundation is to support disadvantaged children sustaining and doing well at school. SEF is a charity non-profit organization.

Our mission is to help poor school-aged children in the disadvantaged communities in the US and some designated poverty-stricken areas in Vietnam have better chances to continue their schooling. Hội Khuyến Học xin chân thành cám ơn chị Bạch Tuyến đã chung tay mua sách học cho các em con nhà nghèo để các em có cơ hội được đến trường.

Giá sách nâm nay quá cao, nhiều phụ huynh không thể mua sách cho các con, nên anh chị em hội khuyến học cùng nhau giúp cho ́85 học sinh nhà nghèo ở Thạnh Hòa có được bộ sách tới trường.
