Election Day is Tuesday, May 19. We will be serving barbecue chicken to benefit the Community Grove and the Brotherton Belles and Beaus 4-H club will be serving soup, sandwiches, sides and baked goods. Come out to vote and pick up some delicious food.

Election Day is tomorrow. Come to the Election House to vote and for your BBQ chicken and cold salads. Proceeds from the sale of those items benefits the community grove. The Shanksville FFA is sponsoring the soup and bake sale.

Election Day is less than two weeks away on Tuesday, November 4. The township will be selling barbecue chicken which will benefit the Community Grove. The Shanksville FFA will be hosting the soup/bake sale. Please come out to vote and support our local community.

AMERICA'S 911 RIDE COMING THROUGH SOMERSET COUNTY FRIDAY

On Friday, August 15, 2025, between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., the America’s 911 Ride sponsored by America’s 911 Foundation, Incorporated is expected to travel from Somerset (SR 281) to the Flight 93 Memorial (SR 30) to Maryland (SR 160).

To ensure the safety of participants, traffic will be temporarily halted along the main route and intersecting roads from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. to allow the ride to pass through without interruption.

Residents and commuters in the route should anticipate travel delays in certain areas during this time.
