It took me decades to recognize how deeply these patterns are entrenched into groups, families, and institutions over generations: it’s systemic…and senseless, and not sustainable.

Please reclaim your power, and trust your natural creative intelligences and intuitions.

Our Ancestors are speaking, are you listening? Yeah, my Mom is speaking to me through the ether, through ancestors - saying “you didn’t get this far for nothing…get on with it.” (Plan BE is BEING fully Human).

Let’s get this right, friends. We only get one life. “Your energy is your currency.”

Somehow holding together…hope to see those on SJI this Saturday, 6/13, to celebrate Mom at the Grange with a sunny potluck brunch on the patio over the harbor, with flowers and love: 10-12pm. 🌸💕 FYI - the grief journey is a mixed bag of all emotions, so yes, lots of swear words of late with the tears, gratitude and joyful memories.
