Thank you Falconer Fire Department for bringing T401 and helping hang the banner for our annual Frewsburg ATV/SXS Rally on June 20th with pre admissions on the Friday night before the event. We hope to see everyone there.

A NEW PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE IN SERVICE ON AMBULANCE 341 VERY SOON. HAVING BOUND TREE MEDICAL COMING TO THE FIRE HALL TO DO ADDITIONAL TRAINING ON THIS. THIS UNIT IS LITTLE OVER 16000.00. THIS IS AN AUTOMATED CHEST COMPRESSION MACHINE TO HELP OUT OUR FIRST RESPONDER AND COMMUNITY.

Tonight as a part of our Tuesday night truck check, we went out and toured the JMI gravel pit on Frew Run Road in Frewsburg then went and tested one of our dry hydrants on Oak Hill Road freshening up on the pumps and flowing a little water. Lastly as a part of our county bridge washing we do every year we wash the bridge on Water Street. Thank you to all the members who showed up and participated.

Today with the Frewsburg Central School and their SADD program we did the DWI accident for the students as a part of their prom week to show them the consequences of drunk driving and the impact it can have on the people involved in their families. Thank you Kennedy Volunteer Fire Department and Kiantone Independent Fire Department Departments for participating and helping make it as realistic as possible.

Tonight as a part of our Tuesday night truck check we were able to cut apart a couple cars as we prep them for the Frewsburg Central school DUI accident drill as a part of their prom week to bring awareness to the consequences of drunk driving with their SADD program. Thank you to Kiantone Volunteer Fire Department for bringing Rescue 361 and allowing us to familiarize ourselves with the equipment available on the heavy rescue. We were also able to show some of our junior members the proper way to cut up a car and rescue any possible victims as we continue to teach them and prepare them for their future with the department.
